Where do I put in the Scout’s names for the plaques?
After you check out online you will receive a confirmation email that provides instructions on how to email us your Scout(s) names, Pack number and ceremony date for the personalization.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship every two or three days by Priority Mail. Mail time is another three or four days. COVID has been slowing mailing times down a bit so order as quick as you can.

Help! I need my order fast!
If you need your order quickly, just call us and we can make arrangements to overnight your order (832.385.8353)

Do the arrows come with the stripes on them?
No. Each stripe is for a different rank or achievement so it is different for each Scout. Our stripe sets are premium quality vinyl. You can see the instructions here.

Can you send overseas?
We ship anywhere in the world. If it is outside the USA just give us a call. APO or AEO no problem - thank you for your service.

What if I am tax-exempt?
Since we are located in Texas, only Texans pay sales tax. If your Texas Pack would like a tax exemption, go ahead and order and then send us a sales tax exemption form from your Chartering Organization. We have to have this form from you on file. You can get the form here. Once we get your fax, mail or email form, will refund your sales tax amount.

What if I want to return the products?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not delighted, return your order within 15 days in its original condition and your cost (minus shipping) will be gladly refunded.
